Risk Assessment
The majority of foodborne illness complaints reported to health departments throughout the nation, most commonly relate to the last establishment the complainant consumed food or beverage. As a result, your governing health agency will conduct an investigation that will consist of interviewing individuals whom registered the complaint in relation to the onset of illness and then continue the investigation with a regulatory onsite health inspection evaluation. JVC Food Safety Specialists Inc. will evaluate your establishment and determine if any potential risk is associated with your operation. At the conclusion of the evaluation, we will develop specific risk assessment programs that will assist in prevention and corrective action within any environmental health facility consisting of food & beverage safety sanitation, hotel & motel public accommodation, pools and vending.
